Overview

This privacy policy applies to the School Supplies List app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by BORN WILD CLOTHING LTD (collectively, the “Application”). BORN WILD CLOTHING LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting hathewayeainslee@gmail.com.

Data Retention

Information created and stored locally in the Application remains on your device until you delete the relevant records, clear the Application’s local data, or uninstall the Application. The Service Provider does not retain copies of normal in-app records on its servers. Information you voluntarily send to the Service Provider outside the Application, such as an email inquiry, may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.

Data Deletion

You may delete locally stored Application data using the controls available on your device or by uninstalling the Application. If you have voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider outside the Application, you may request deletion by emailing hathewayeainslee@gmail.com. Where applicable, the Service Provider will delete the information unless retention is required by law or is necessary for a legitimate legal purpose.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by the Application itself. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means by a person under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

Data Breach Notification

If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested by contacting hathewayeainslee@gmail.com.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Contact Us

If you have questions about privacy while using the Application or about these practices, contact the Service Provider at hathewayeainslee@gmail.com.
